So in present situation where most part of the world is suffering from Covid-19(Coronavirus disease)
Condition is worsening day- by -day and official governments has announced Lockdown in their respective  countries.It means that you have to stay in house. If you are a working  employee then you have to work from house.You don’t have to go outside like before coronavirus.
Everything is considerable ,but have you ever thaught that man is a social animal and when he or she will be kept inside the door without going outside so it will be very bad for the people who are always addicted of going shoping malls,people who were going hotels for parties ,or for dinner or for anything.

Some people’s hobby was travelling and due to this covid-19 they are effected and not going outside and have kept himself  inside the room.
Same for other professional they were habituated of going to their office for work interectecting with their collegues.They used to participate in meetings and all but now everything has to be done  from their house only.
You can think about the students ,how they were finishing their daily routine they were able to communicate with their school friends in schools,they were playing games during recess period
they were having his lunch with their close friends but now they all are missing those all company of their friends.
You can say that every individual is effected of this pandemic which is coronavirus.
Now people are feeling  very bored at their house they are feeling very stressed and sad.


Father is missing their office , children are missing their school, Mother is not feeling relaxed ,youths are missing their close friends.
Partners are breaking up due to  not able to meet .
So simply we can say that everyone is stressed and bored at their house.

1)Stay Fit-

Life is beautiful but you can enjoy this beauty only then when you are fit and healthy.
Your good physique make you perfect.
So take proper diet do regular exercise and yoga and make your morning a beautiful morning.
2)Think Positive:-

Many people feel loneliness even when they are with their family members .
So overthinking about anything is not going to help you any way.
Watch your faviorate programmes on television ,listen your faviourite anchors ,listen your favioure music ,always try to talk positive thinks try to make the people around you.
It is said that if you want to live happily then you have to make the people happy  who lives around you.
So always keep smiling and make the people happy by doing this you will also feel happiness in yourlife.

3)Be Creative

 :- Most of the people are jobless or they are doing work from house.

If you think that you are not doing anything then you think about some creative Ideas .
Everyone has some hidden talent so during this free time. You should bring your hidden talent outside.
Be  creative  and start drawing , Start singing ,and start making art and craft ,start writing poetries and stories so whatever is your hobby It’s right time to start.
Your hobbies your best friend than others .So start sharpening your hobbies and enjoy your life.
One thing is good that if you have some creativity then you can effect your local people as well.
4)Cook healthy & delicious food:- Cooking healthy and delicious food is always good so prepare your faviourite food and enjoy this.

5)Give time to your Children & try to avoid phones:Situation is worse but good too It never happens that all the family members stay at home together without any occasion but it is time when everyone is at his house so enjoy try to know the inerest of everyone do fun with your  child and family mebers.

6) Watering Flowers

:- If you have gardens in your house then It is good to water regularly so that it could bloom with flowers and spread d good fragrance.Many people love palnts so if you love then this routine  might be good for you.

7) Play with your pet
:- Palying with your pet is really funny ,either you have a talkative parrot or you have a pussy cat or you have kept any dog or any other pet .
 Playing with you pet will really make you happy.


8)Talk with your relatives in free time :-
You  relatives are facing so try to talk them .By doing this you will do a good job and will make a strong relationship with your relatives.

10)Do some naughty and funny activities :-

Always angry people can start laughing when you talk some funny thing . Some Jokes if some one is geting angry in house don’t take it seriously.
Try to cooperate each other and stay healthy, happy and live a jhingalala life.
